Job Duties:
Conduct joint sessions with different teams like Business and Marketing regarding application requirements and preparing estimates of cost and allocating resources. Image and deploy new windows 10 on to the Point of Sale (POS), which helps in establishing integrity and security of the system. Coordinate with Business and Technical teams to document the BRD/FRD requirements and technical specifications using software like MS Word, Power BI, Azure DevOps board, MS excel. PowerApps and PowerPoint. Create high level business and technical workflows and Business Process Modeling in MS Vizio. Store and update the business and functional requirements on SharePoint portal. Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions, revise requirements based on client reviews and get the requirements signed off by the concerned department. Conduct various quality assurance tests on new deployed software like Functional, Unit, Integration, Database, API and regression testing for making sure PCI compliance are met. Automate/Improve existing systems and review systems capabilities and workflows. Draft technical business requirements for the EMV chip card implementation. Set up the lab environment identical to production for testing the new software releases. Create plans and estimates for the Alpha and Beta pilot test before rolling the software into production. Work closely with the development team during Alpha and beta pilot test and production deployment to make sure, if bugs are reported they are fixed on priority without affecting business. Participate in the daily huddle calls and various meetings with client teams to help prioritize the change requests submitted by different departments. Work as a scrum master on the Azure DevOps board for tracking user stories and progress of the project. Conduct weekly calls with client and stakeholders for discussing progress of the project by presenting data in dashboards and pivot tables.
Telecommuting is available for this position. Will travel to client sites throughout the U.S.
Job Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer and information technology, engineering, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in a related occupation.
Requires:
Five years of experience with design and development of Micro services using Java, Spring Cloud and Spring Boot framework; Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Web flows
and Spring Boot applications; Five years of experience in both core and advanced Java technologies such as: Java, XML, JavaScript, JSP, JDBC, Servlet, Restful, and SOAP Web
services; Knowledge with designing and development of dynamic web applications using Angular JS, Angular, React JS, HTML5, JavaScript, JSX, Bootstrap, CSS3, JSON and AJAX;
Knowledge with Maven dependency management tool; experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java) in analysis, design, development, implementation and troubleshooting various web
based applications.
